Common Questions

Is this medical advice or treatment?
No. Nourished Woman is an educational experience, not personal medical care. Dr. Lauren is a physician, but not your physician through this course. Always share planned changes with your own provider, especially if you manage a chronic condition or take medications.
What if I can't attend a session live?
Every session is recorded. You'll have lifetime replay access and can watch on your own schedule. Many past participants watched the replays and still brought questions to the final live Q&A.
Do I need to be a confident cook?
Not at all. Session 3 is designed for beginners as much as experienced cooks. The recipes are simple and forgiving. You can watch and take notes if you'd rather not cook along — that's perfectly fine.
I'm in my 70s — is this really for me?
Yes — and especially so. Metabolic health is one of the strongest predictors of healthy aging, brain function, and independence. Many of the women who've benefited most from this material are in their later seasons of life.
I have dietary restrictions. Will this work?
Yes. The framework centers on principles — protein, fiber, healthy fats, anti-inflammatory foods — that adapt easily across vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free needs. The workbook includes specific swaps throughout.
Will recordings be sold separately afterward?
Yes, but at a higher price and without the live Q&A, private community, or between-session support. The live cohort is the best value and the best experience. No replay package matches it.
